Climbing Wall Bolderaj

We have successfully designed, manufactured and implemented a new bouldering wall in Celje, Slovenia – Bolderaj. The total climbing area of 500m2 includes a number of variations of climbing profiles that belong to every professional bouldering center.

The construction of the climbing wall is made of wooden truss frames, the wall cladding is made of precisely machined panels of 18mm thick plywood using CNC technology.

The modern design of the wall, which retains the natural visual of the plywood, prevails here. We used our SOLID COATING coating on the painted parts of the wall, which ensures high durability and adhesion.

The delivery also includes a Kilterboard 12×12 with electric tilt adjustment in the range of 20° to 70°, manufactured in accordance with the DIN EN 12572-2:2017 standard. The system is anchored to the floor and includes a complete frame structure and panel cladding.

To ensure safety and comfort in the event of a climber falling, the impact zone is equipped with a carpet mat made of 250 mm thick foam type N2542, coated with PVC foil.
