CNC (Computer Numerical Control) technology delivers panels with perfect precision, repeatability, and no need for further processing. Using innovative 5-axis CNC precision technology, we perform complex and sophisticated machining processes to achieve perfection in every detail.
for climbing wall production
Each panel is cut exactly according to a digital design, eliminating human error and ensuring perfect joint alignment.
The CNC machine can easily cut sharp angles, curved lines, cutouts for mounting components, and holes for holds – tasks that would be difficult or impossible by hand.
Optimized layout of cuts reduces leftover material, saving costs and minimizing environmental impact.
The precision of the joints ensures that the pieces fit together with minimal gap, eliminating the need for additional adjustments.
Once created, a design can be reproduced with identical dimensions – ideal for modular or serial production solutions.
Solid Coating is a special surface treatment for climbing walls, developed in collaboration with Alcea – a global leader in paint manufacturing.
Each CNC panel is prepped for the final Solid Coating finish, which we apply directly in our production facility. This ensures a uniform appearance, exceptional durability, and ideal friction right from the delivery of panels to the construction site.
In collaboration with Techwood s.r.o., we manufacture the load-bearing structures of climbing walls using wooden frame construction technology.
The individual truss components are precisely cut on a CNC saw, joined, and pressed using a hydraulic press. They are made from certified C24 planed spruce, in accordance with EN 14081, and CE-marked as a guarantee of quality.
Originally developed for roofing applications, these trusses provide a reliable, cost-effective, and time-saving alternative to traditional wooden or steel frames.
The structural analysis is calculated using TRUSS software, with all results meeting the strict requirements of the EN 12572 standard.
for Climbing Walls
We use professional software by FINE for structural design and calculations, allowing us to optimize material use without compromising safety.
With precision greater than 0.1°
Using a 50-ton hydraulic press – for frames up to 20 meters in length
The finished frames are delivered to the site and immediately assembled – significantly shortening the construction timeline.
