Panels are designed and cut to be mounted from the back side of the wall. All fasteners and screws remain hidden, creating a clean, seamless appearance – an ideal aesthetic and functional solution for both indoor and outdoor walls.

Drilling using CNC

Thanks to the interchangeable head, we can easily and quickly convert the CNC saw into a CNC “drill.” For each panel intended as cladding for the climbing wall, it drills holes for the installation of T-nuts. The hole grid and spacing are programmed in the software. The T-nuts themselves are installed manually.

Solid Coating is a special surface treatment for climbing walls, developed in collaboration with Alcea – a global leader in paint manufacturing.

Each CNC panel is prepped for the final Solid Coating finish, which we apply directly in our production facility. This ensures a uniform appearance, exceptional durability, and ideal friction right from the delivery of panels to the construction site.

Construction Technology

In collaboration with Techwood s.r.o., we manufacture the load-bearing structures of climbing walls using frame construction technology. We utilize wooden truss systems commonly used in roofing – a reliable, cost-effective, and time-efficient alternative to traditional wooden or steel frames.

The Entire Process Includes

01. Digital Design
and Structural Analysis

We use professional software by FINE for structural design and calculations, allowing us to optimize material use without compromising safety.

02. Cutting on a Digital Saw

With precision greater than 0.1°

03. Frame Pressing

Using a 50-ton hydraulic press – for frames up to 20 meters in length

04. Installation

The finished frames are delivered to the site and immediately assembled – significantly shortening the construction timeline.
