In the production of climbing walls, we use CNC technology for cutting, machining and drilling the panels that form the cladding of the climbing wall and parts of climbing volumes. Digital designs are transferred directly into the manufacturing process, allowing us to produce more complex shapes and prepare panels precisely according to the design.
The cut panels require no further machining and are ready for the application of Solid Coating surface finish
We also use CNC technology to prepare holes for T-nuts for climbing holds and mounting holes for climbing volumes.
Each panel is cut precisely according to the digital design, eliminating human error and ensuring accurate alignment of the joints. CNC technology allows us to precisely cut complex shapes, sharp angles and curved lines.
Optimizing the layout of the cuts reduces the amount of leftover material, helping us reduce both production costs and material waste.
Once a design has been created, we can repeatedly manufacture identical parts to exactly the same dimensions. This is particularly useful for modular and series production.
Thanks to the interchangeable head, we can quickly and easily convert our CNC saw into a CNC drilling machine.
Each panel used as climbing wall cladding or as a part of a climbing volume can be drilled with holes for installing T-nuts. The hole pattern, spacing and positioning are programmed in the software.
The T-nuts themselves are installed manually.
Based on supplied documentation, dimensions, or drawings, we can prepare precisely cut components for the production of custom climbing structures.
According to your requirements, we can pre-drill holes for T-nuts as well as mounting holes, significantly speeding up the final assembly process.
