For climbing wall manufacturers and contractors, we prepare cut and machined panels according to the design of a specific climbing wall. For climbing wall panel construction, we use 18 mm and 21 mm waterproof birch plywood, BB/CP grade. We prepare the panels in the required dimensions and shapes according to the documentation you provide.
The panel supply also includes assembly drawings showing how the individual panels should be correctly positioned and installed on the climbing wall structure.
Our CNC technology also allows us to prepare the required hole pattern for threaded inserts, as well as additional mounting holes according to the project.
If required, we can also include the installation of T-nuts as part of the panel preparation.
In addition to the wall panels, we can design and manufacture the load-bearing climbing wall structure using wooden trusses. We design the structure according to the specific dimensions and shape of the climbing wall.
The finished panels are securely packed on pallets and shipped via a transport carrier.
