Outdoor wall Vila Roháčka

We designed and built a simple outdoor bouldering wall at the Vila Roháčka apartment house.

The wall has a climbing area of 19 m² and is 4 metres high and 4 metres wide. The supporting structure consists of wooden truss frames anchored to the existing exterior wall. The trusses are designed with an upper extension that creates a simple roof over the climbing wall.

The wall surface combines a light grey finish in the lower section with a transparent finish in the upper section, preserving the natural grain of the plywood.

We installed 95 climbing holds, mostly jugs, which are suitable for easy climbing.
