Terms &amp; Conditions<\/h2>\n<h3>1.1 Prices<\/h3>\n<p>The price applicable to the customer is the current price at the time of placing a binding order. All prices include 20% VAT. Promotional prices are valid until the date stated for the product or until stocks run out.<\/p>\n<h3>1.2 Ordering<\/h3>\n<p>Click on the cart icon to add a product to your shopping cart. You can then complete your order or continue shopping. Upon confirming the order, you will receive an email confirming receipt.<\/p>\n<h3>1.3 Delivery Times<\/h3>\n<p>Delivery usually takes 24 hours to 14 working days for Slovak and Czech customers. Complaints Policy<\/h2>\n<h3>2.1 Warranty<\/h3>\n<p>The standard warranty for all products is 24 months from the date of receipt by the customer.<\/p>\n<h3>2.2 Complaints Procedure<\/h3>\n<p>Before returning a product, contact us first. Do not send cash on delivery. Include a copy of the invoice and delivery receipt.<\/p>\n<p>Resolution options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exchange item for the same item<\/li>\n<li>Exchange for another product up to the value of the returned item<\/li>\n<li>Refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Complaints will be resolved as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from receipt. Shipping costs for complaints are not refunded.<\/p>\n<h3>2.3 Returns<\/h3>\n<p>Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from receiving the goods. Send the goods to the address above via registered mail. Do not send COD.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds will be made within 10 working days after receipt.
